Muy buena atención ,buena limpieza,se podría valorar poner música en la piscina para ambientar el lugar y los precios del restaurante un poco alto,por todo lo demás espero repetir.

Hotel was excellent with a stunning view over the ocean. Perfect for a romantic moments. The area was a bit hard to reach from Puerto Mogan, that is only a few hundred meters away but behind the hills. Shortest road was closed, so it took 15 min by taxi instead of only few. Hotel minibus was a good one but got to know about it only in the morning. The restaurant was ok for both dinner and breakfast. Only the cocktails were not so professional as well as the desert, which was just ice cream, including Crema Catalana. We had the feeling that could spend a longer period swimming, chilling and visiting other spots on the island.

La atencio excelente., tanto en recepcion como restaurante pero los servicios en la instalacion un poco defaborables en el sentido que yo en lo personal que estaba con mi mujer embarazads me toco una habitacion en lo mas bajo el primer dia todo bien porque hay ascensor pero los restantes dias los tenian fuera de servicio lo cual en un sitio como ese creo q no puede fallar. El gimnasio un poco pobre y la unica maquina q tenia no funcionaba bien, el parking imposible al segundo dia fue q pude conseguir uno y pagandolo al hotel, cuando vas a reservan te aparece una opcion de desayuno buffet por 4 € eso no existe jjj. El resto todo bien. Creo q deberian garantizar los servicios como el ascensor mantenerlos en optimas condociones. Por el resto todo bien.

Es mi 4 vez y sigo encantada con todos, en especial con el señor MATIAS y el chico del bar piscina, no sé si es sevillano, andaluz …. Sé que son unas maravillosas personas y muy atentas a nosotros la semana que estuvimos allí. El chico de recepción Eduardo, atento también con todo lo que nos hacía falta … lo único que diría y he dado un 3 en puntuación por decir algo es el tema de la limpieza. Estuve una semana y solo me pasaron a limpiar 2 veces … pero por lo demás todo perfecto, repetiré sin duda.
